Besides samples , really good bargains, classic variety of staple products (things you really use daily) and above and beyond customer service.. they have deals and other amenities (only offered by Sam's Club for Members) if anything the frozen dessert cup is pretty fair!

Don't like that no one seems to answer the phone half the time, you can't call and order a pizza direct you have to go through customer service who doesn't answer the call half the time for that either and they have a foreigner who doesn't speak English well at all answer for the tire center. I'm so disappointed, they should have someone who speaks English fluently answering their calls all the time. I have watched a few times while there the customer service not answer the phone and a manager stood right there and didn't answer it either. Canceling my membership now, sorry keep our business in america!

Sam's Club has the only decent brats I've found in GF, MT. Sadly their canned chicken has gone up in price. Used to be 6 cans for ~$13.00, now you only get 4 cans. The tastiest roast chicken for $5, however. Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly employees when you can find them. Worth a membership if you like to buy bulk.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent purchase. I bought the large shrimp from the Sam’s Club brand, labeled as “cleaned and cooked.” However, when I opened the package, the shrimp were far from clean, they still had the intestinal tract intact. This is not only frustrating but also a serious health risk. I feel misled by the labeling, and I expect better quality control from a brand like yours.

Not only have the prices gone up so much that shopping elsewhere is cheaper, the staffing is nonexistent. There is no way to pay with cash without standing in the single manned checkout line for 30+ minutes. This is a problem and when I mentioned this to the gal standing at the exit to double check receipts (a person who maybe could better be used at a register), she more or less said "we do the best we can." Im sorry, this mentality in a club where folks pay for memberships is just 100% unacceptable. When a business has options (like self checkout that takes cash) and chose to just waste its customers time instead of listening to feedback, they do not deserve patronage. I cancelled my membership, on the way out to my car.
